This property is basically a nearly 80 acre adult playground. It’s completely off the Grid with no zoning. You can hunt, camp, hike, jeep, or just explore the countryside or the goldmines. Mule deer, antelope and chukar are usually very plentiful.

Just over 3.5 hours from Reno.

It’s only about 15 minutes or so to Beowawe, so supplies are very close when you need anything.

If you want to see the lot, please feel free to visit them. We recommend that everyone visit any of our properties that you might be interested in.  Water rights do not pertain to domestic water usage, it is for excess water usage for livestock or agricultural use. Household use does not require water rights, a domestic well is allowed (2acre-feet/year) for every lot of land in NV without a permit.

Note: This parcel does NOT have official drive up legal access. You can access it through the 640 acres of BLM (government owned) land that are close to the property and through legal easements in the adjoining parcels. Access is easy and you don’t have to trespass on anyone else’s property, but there’s not an official county dirt road to the property.  You may need to establish legal access from the Bureau of Land Management if you want to pull building permits or obtain a bank loan.  

You may also be able to contact the Needles CA BLM office and explain what property you want to access.  They can map out a route for you and charge you around $100 a year to cross their land to reach yours. You have to renew it annually and you must use their route.

As far as we can tell, this is the Cheapest 80 acres in Nevada At This Time.
