This tract lies approximately 39 miles east-northeast of Kingman, Arizona, and approximately 70 miles west-northwest of Williams, Arizona, which is the gateway to the Grand Canyon National Park. The tract also lies approximately 30 miles south of the Grand Canyon National Monument and Hualapai Indian Reservation. 

This tract lies in the mountains of northern Arizona. The tract slopes slightly to moderately to south-southwest with abundant interspersed juniper and pine trees. The trees are reasonably spaced making it easy to traverse the property, but there are no large clearings on the property.
